One-of-a-kind ceramic harvest baskets, handmade from iron-rich stoneware, celebrating the culinary heritage and local bounty of Wine Country.

 
  • Harvest Basket installation commissioned by Medium Plenty Design Group for Stella. Handmade ceramic baskets made with iron-rich stoneware clay, adorn the focal wall in Sonoma County’s Stella. Surrounded by the beauty of Sonoma Wine Country, and sister restaurant to the acclaimed Glen Ellen Star, Stella builds on a legacy of culinary excellence, blending Italian traditions with the bounty of local ingredients Each piece is one-of-a-kind and can live on a tabletop or counter or hung on the wall.

  • Clay coils are formed and sculpted into free form basket form to celebrate the bounty of region’s agricultural tradition.

    The baskets are fired to cone 10/2350 degrees Fahrenheit in a gas kiln.

    They are hung on custom fabricated earthquake proof hangers.

  • Various mineral rich stoneware clays, custom glazes, recycled glazes

    Baskets range from 8” - 18” (20.3 cm x 46 cm)
